I hope everyone enjoyed some sort of a break over the festive period.
November was an extremely busy month for me – Broome, Perth, Bali then Norfolk Island in one big whirlwind of 'there I was, here I am, now I'm not' kind of Houdini trick – then back to the sunny/morbid clime's of Melbourne town and off to Sydney for Xmas.
To be honest, I'm a wee bit exhausted come the end of January. There have also been lots of changes taking place in my mind and work space – do you feel it too?
I'm back studying my Reiki II certificate, drawing up some designs for a new line of fitness wear and I'm also assistant manager for a Detox and Kinesiology clinic. I continue to write all about health and wellness and this is an integral part of the process of 'self-care' this year – yep, it's time to break out the yoga pants and nom on some raw, organic food people. However, I'm still partial to a nice red wine now and then. Liver won't be taking a slogging, just a nip or two for some resveratrol reboot of antioxidants to keep my skin smooth and schleek :)
So stay tuned to this blog for some little twists and turns and roundabouts – there will still be writing, but also some fun designs coming out of my fingertips for a new line of fitness wear launching this year – no more spandex for this lady!
I'm sending love and gratitude to all my people out there and hope 2015 is laden with fruit, ripe for the pickin' for each and every one of yer!
